by appointment,  we are located in South Yorkshire, near to Doncaster just off the A60  - about 10 minutes from the A1/M18.  Please make sure to call before your visit so that we can arrange to be in and not out radio hunting!

Delivery Prices

Most items on the website have the current price for delivery within the UK for a single item stated with the article for sale.   This price includes the cost of packaging materials.  If you are thinking of ordering several items generally speaking there is a good discount available on the combined parcel prices.   Throughout the UK we use a number of different couriers depending on the size and weight of consignments.    Our current choice of courier is FedEx,  DPD, Evri, Royal mail and Parcelforce.    Small packets and components are usually sent by Royal mail or Evri.

Outside of the UK please contact us for a current quote on delivery  -  prices seem to change almost daily as the competition is so stiff between the international courier services.  We always work to get the best possible price for safe delivery of your parcel.   

If there is a problem with your parcel delivery please don't panic.  After packing and sending vintage radios all over the world for over twenty five years you could say we are well versed in detecting and solving  "issues" with delayed parcels,  customs inspections and paperwork.   

How to Order

To order from us is simple.  Just send an email in or telephone with your requirements.  We will get back to you to confirm delivery.  From that point the items you want will be reserved for 10 days  (longer for international customers).  As soon as your method of payment arrives we will pack your goods and get them on their way to you.   Regular customers get immediate despatch on confirmation.


UK Customers

You can make payment also by BACS bank credit transfer.  Our details are available on request.  This is our preferred payment method now within the UK. 

We can also accept credit card and debit card payments,   either over the phone or if you are calling in to collect something or pay for a repair job then you can use your chip and pin card,  or contactless for lower cost items. 

Payment is also accepted online using PayPal    -   if you would like to pay your invoice this way just email and we will send you one of their payment request notifications.   Or if you have a paypal account you can simply send the payment to our usual email address (this is the registered account address). 


Customers outside of the UK


Please make cheques and postal orders payable to 'Richard Booth'    This needs to be a GBP Pounds Sterling order or cheque,  drawn on a UK bank.   Customers in ROI will find Sterling money orders cheap and convenient at their local post office.

We can also accept credit card and debit card payments.  You can telephone with your card details or text them to our mobile telephone number.   If you want to email your card details this is not really recommended for security reasons however you can split it into three messages 

Payment is also accepted online using PayPal   -   if you would like to pay your invoice this way just email and we will send you one of their payment request notifications.  You do not have to hold a PayPal account to make a payment.  However if you have a paypal account you can simply send the payment to our usual email address (this is the registered account address).
